A floor that once showed every tape line from a previous project got a second life through creative concrete staining. Rather than stripping the existing acid-stained and sealed surface, we used Smith Paints to apply two complementary colors directly over it. The layered tones blended beautifully, breaking up the harsh lines and turning a flaw into subtle movement across the floor. By carefully working the colors together, the old tape marks disappeared into a natural-looking, variegated finish. What was once a damaged surface now looks intentional, rich, and completely restored.
